If you love your veggies like me, then you gotta do a taco de calabacitas--ya baby.. my fav are the potoatoe tacos too. I top them with a bit of guac and chipotle... full body estacy. C is the meat loving warrior..and prefers the mole tacos, which are famously nurturing and have the ability to melt you into the ground beneath the counter. Weekends are a full house party.
