M Cafe De Chaya

The menu uses soy, miso, tempeh products in every section liberally. There is also sushi and fish bountifully available in the wraps, sandwhiches and salads.

Vegertarian Meets Macrobiotic at this Culver City eatery. We found a tasty farm raised salmon special in miso dressing with brown rice; cauliflower; broccolini and seasoning. A side of grilled seasonal veggies rounded our meal. Green and mint tea accompanied the meal along with a nice truffle to complete our lunch tasting.
The fish was good, could have been fresher.

The grilled vegies were tasty, yet cold. This cold contact was a bit surprising twist unexpected by all. A truffle --- topped off the meal with a smooth dark sweet and deep finish.
Our first visit was good. Pleasant outdoor seating is available and there is virtually no wait. Many of the food items are prepared ahead so..its kinda like visiting a fancy cafeteria. The servers are super cool and nice. This is as good as it gets for a “ fast food” that is healthy food. Live a little longer try M Café de Chaya.
